Leadership Coach for Young Women & Girls

I'm Sarah Kenny and I believe that empowering girls is the key to a brighter future and a better world.

I'm on a mission to create a more just & equitable society by teaching teen girls critical life & leadership skills — the ones they don’t learn in school.


I help teen girls navigate the daily challenges of adolescence so they can fully experience their teen years with more fun, grace & ease. At the same time, I help them develop higher self-esteem, confidence, and courage so they can thrive as young adults & evolve into impactful leaders.

Fun Facts

  • I’m an intersectional feminist with a deep passion for protecting & advancing the rights of women & girls.
  • Born and raised in New Jersey, I've also lived in Montreal, St. Louis, France, the Netherlands, and Washington, DC prior to settling in Austin, TX.
  • In my mid-twenties, I spent 3 years working with women peace activists in Pakistan to counter violent extremism. It was the most challenging time of my life, yet awe-inspiring and life-changing in countless ways.
  • I’m a highly empathetic introvert who thrives in small, intimate settings. Crowds are my worst nightmare. As are loud noises and anything involving festivals, amusement parks, and busy supermarkets.
  • I feel most at peace in the ocean and am very much a water baby. (Hey, fellow Aquarians!)
  • I love learning and am on a constant quest to grow and challenge myself. In my free time, I enjoy reading, yoga, taking long walks with my pup Frankie, cooking, baking, trying new restaurants, planning trips/exploring new places, and watching comedies and British dramas “with a strong female lead.”
  • Speaking of which... Leslie Knope is my spirit animal.
